3 days exchange/refund policy.
- Shipping charges to be paid by client if he placed wrong order
- if a mistake is done by upstreet, company will only bear the shopping charges of the new product sent by us.Customer has to send the product on their own.
- Refund only in case of product not available or size mistake by upstreet.
- In case or Refund , cac and shipping charges cannot be refund.

In case of exchange customer has to send the parcel at the given address and after due QC new parcel will be dispatched as per request.
- Return/Refund only if the product is not used
- Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
- The product once used shall not be replaced or exchanged.
- No claim of the replacement shall be entertained unless the invoice is attached and a complaint is made, within 4 days of purchase
