Refund Policy

We follow a transparent and fair return policy to ensure customer satisfaction while protecting our business from misuse or false claims.

All our products are handmade and quality-checked before dispatch. Please review the policy below carefully before submitting any request.

 

 

Exchange / Refund Window
We offer a 7-day exchange or refund policy, counted from the date of delivery.

 

 

  • Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Eligibility

 

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
  • The invoice or order confirmation slip must be attached with every return or exchange request.
  • Items purchased during sales or promotions are not eligible for refunds, but may be exchanged within 7 days, subject to stock availability

 

 

Customer Responsibility

 

  • If the wrong size, color, or product was ordered by the customer, return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
  • The customer must first contact our support team for approval and then send the parcel to the provided return address.

 

 

 

Company Responsibility

  • If Upstreet dispatches the wrong product, size, or a defective item, the company will bear the shipping cost for the replacement from our side.
  • The customer must still return the incorrect item to us first; once verified through quality control (QC), the correct item will be shipped immediately.

Refund Conditions

  • Refunds are only issued in the following cases:
    1. The ordered product is out of stock or unavailable.
    2. A dispatch or size error was made by Upstreet.

  • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds for COD orders will be processed through bank transfer after QC approval.

Quality Control

  • All returned items undergo strict inspection before approval.
  • Products that are used, damaged, altered, or missing packaging are not eligible for refund or exchange.
  • Decisions made after QC are final and binding.

Misuse of Return Policy

 

Upstreet reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or block customers who are found repeatedly abusing return or COD policies, such as placing fake orders, refusing confirmed deliveries, or sending back used items.
